GYAN (Get Your Answers Now) sessions are technical clinics that aim to improve the Employee efficiency of organizations in the development sector.

On 30th of May 2018, a GYAN Session was hosted for Non Profit Organisation in Kolkata; wherein Hope Foundation, Prajaak, Tomorrow Foundation, Adore India, SKC and Anwesha Kolkata participated. This session was primarily focused on Effective Communications with Corporates.

The session was conducted by Sujata Mukherjee who is a certified and internationally licensed ‘Heal your life’ Workshop facilitator/Teacher and seminar leader. She is a cognitive behavioural therapist from School of Natural Health Science, Berkeley’s square, U.K accredited by International college of Holistic Medicine and NLP practitioner, a certified mindfulness instructor, a time management and stress management consultant. She is also a certified ‘expert rated ‘life coach for personal empowerment and wellness. She is also the founder director of Study Group Human resources Consultants and expanded and diversified its ‘training’ division to focus on empowerment techniques that enhance personal and professional life.

The session commenced with the mutual introduction of all the participants and their respective organizations and the trainer and then a five minute meditation session was conducted to let go of all negative thoughts and to begin the day with a fresh mind as it is strongly believed that the retention capacity of the mind is enhanced by manifolds if all negative thoughts are removed.

This was followed by a question and answer session where in the trainer clarified the doubts of the participants and it was an open forum as even participants could also interact with the fellow participants and get their doubts clarified. This enhanced the interaction between everybody present and a lot of suggestions came up concerning the topic discussed for the day and proved to be very fruitful and thought evoking. A number of new ideas and innovations emerged which we had not thought of before.
