Two life-transforming techniques!

We fully believe that in order to be successful at anything, we must have a vision or goal, and do daily habits or activities in order to build up to that goal. We also believe that if it isn’t in the schedule, it doesn’t get done. So it is very important to choose habits that help to be successful, and schedule them into your day as a family.

While iVolunteer promotes skill based volunteering, we also understand that it is extremely crucial that a volunteer be given true experience of volunteering wherein volunteer has as much fun as much as society/environment has in receiving his well wished gestures. In order to give volunteer that ‘Fun’ experiential opportunity towards volunteering.

iVolunteer hosted #TwinHeartsMeditation and #SuperBrainYoga Session on July 13, 2019 at Adore India led by the industry expert, Deven Doshi.

The two life-transforming techniques had a tremendous impact on regular performance by enhancing children’ intelligence levels, memory, focus and productivity. It is actually been now used as a form of reformation for youths.

With science making new advances every day, we begin to understand concepts which we never did before. Science is bringing to light the knowledge of seemingly invisible forces and the ‘secret’ power and processes of nature.

The session started with the holistic explanation of health as a combination of physical, mental and social well being. We discussed mental health and mental illness and also their significance in today’s world. We learned more about how to focus on our own mental health and bring happiness, contentment, and prosperity in our lives. Superbrain Yoga was taught to us which is a simple exercise. It provided the “energy fuel” that can keep our brain fit and functional.

One of the ways to maintain mental health and well-being is through meditation. We learn about its importance and how it enables us to tackle stress in everyday life. We practiced Twin Hears which is a simple yet powerful meditation introduced by Master Choa Kok Sui for achieving cosmic consciousness or what we often call “illumination.” It is also a form of service to the world by increasing harmony and peace through becoming a channel to bless the earth with loving-kindness.
